You are worse.

Don Thompson, Cutler Ridge, Florida

>You got me going - (Long Island? Moore Hill? Where is that, over in Jersey?)

Don - At home babysitting electrical contractor hooking up pool controls which look too complicated for normal humans.

William R. Duffield on the Cohansey

>As Dave Anderson pointed out, it is the Eastman Chemical Co. plant in Kingsport, TN. Given the clues Bill gave, you could have figured it out, the same as I did. You start with key words "tenite," "production," "history" and Google, easily find a reference to Eastman, and Kingsport. Then you go to some high resolution maps, looking at shapes of rivers and locations of bridges, and lots of railroad tracks. I used the Rand McNally road atlas on paper, MapQuest, on the Internet and Dolph's Street Atlas USA on CD-ROM. To double check my conclusions, I found Eastman Road on the map, and Eastman Chemical Co's mailing address in whitepages.com. SteetAtlasUSA povides some rather esoteric geographical names, which I matched to the features in the photograph, and which someone with local knowledge might recognize. A couple other people soon also figured it out, so I didn't feel it was necessary to provide any more hints. BTW, when I worked for ITT Telecom, we had a manufacturing facility in Johnson City.

OT/Hijack: Too Much Time...

Don Thompson, Cutler Ridge, Florida

>If you did all that, you have way to much time on your hands. ;-)

(My excuse for sitting here and fiddling on the laptop all day is so that I can watch the contractors.)
