Getting ready for a bath.

Amazingly, I have been able to remove all of the screws and brass nut without brute force or damage.

Screw and stuff removal

>It always kind of amazes me how many times I've been able to disassemble planes that came with extra rust (at no extra charge, either, whattadeal!), especially after all the hours I've spent under cars, under our house, etc. cursing while I try to remove some rusted-on bit of something. I don't know if it's the tolerances of the parts, if it's just that Stanley's cast iron attracts rust so it appears worse, or what.

>was the disassembled pic taken after or before the bath? I get such a thrill from being able to turn rusted screws out after the bath that wouldn't turn before the bath. I'll bet that 603 will be a beauty once you're done with it. Lucky guy you.
