What would you do with...

What would you do with...

a pallet of 1" x 2" (actual) MDF sticks that are 48" long?  There is a pallet of them at one of the freight auctions I check out and I am fascinated. Not sure, but I think they were not cut but were molded into shape.  Nicely made. No finish.

I am fascinated.  Can't stand it.  There must be something good to do with them.

I've used MDF for paint-grade door and window trim, although it was full 1 x 3, and it did require priming the edges. I wonder how it would work for stickers?

My only advice...

Barry: All I can say is that is these would not make good loose-tenon stock!

Stickers for drying your free milled lumber.

I thought of stickers also, but not for fresh sawed lumber as MDF would possibly absorb moisture and swell. It would probably work OK indoors for already air dried lumber that you may still want to keep stickered.
