Fixed my Router...
I posted about my Bosch 1617EVS router that stopped working. I put it's twin brother into the table and went on but hated to just throw the dead one away. Based on the premise I can't break something that is already broken, I took a shot sat fixing it. Looked it up on YouTube and after I got my Certification I took the switch out and opened it, Letting the little parts fly. I had blown out every nook and cranny with compressed air and was still surprised to find a little tiny dust wad perfectly positioned to cause the switch to fail. Flicked it out and reassembled the switch and it went back to work. The part that still amazes me is the switch had at least four holes for dust to get into. I wrapped a strip of tape around the switch to try to seal the holes.
