original Incra jig
I found one of these at the back of my shop among all the clutter and set it up.
Does anyone here have experience with it? I watched all the videos, but they all work with the new, fancy LS positioner with its micro adjust and hairline cursor and multiple slots for different templates and scales.I'll probably have to spring for one of these.
I purchased the large Incra manual with all those templates. But the whole thing is driving me a bit crazy. In the time it took me to set all this up I really could have cut a whole bunch of dovetails by hand! But I persist.
My biggest problem is how to set the templates. The ones in the package are larger than the original positioner, and there is no hairline cursor on the original. I know that with enough time I can figure it all out, But I could use some help.
So help if you can!
