Klean-Strip Green Paint Thinner

Opinion please - I would be using it to clean brushes and equipment - not thin paint or finish.

I tried to use it, or similar. [It was an accident.] Overall, it was at best unimpressive, and generally, more trouble than useful. However, your mileage may very since a bad experience always taints the norm.

How is this considered "Green"?

To me, this is nothing more than a lower VOC formulation of mineral spirits - still a petroleum based solvent.  It might me easier on your lungs in close proximity work, but it's still an oil based solvent contaminant with the inherent disposal issues.  Does not fit my definition of green.
