John Wilson Obit
John was local to us here in south Michigan but well known in the wider woodworking community. He was especially noted for the resurrection of the oval Shaker box. He had 60+articles of his posted in a variety of wood-related magazines including PopWood and FWW. He authored 4 books and was featured by PBS in its Craftsman Legacy series. His obit is the longest I've read. I'd suggest at least reading the "Career as craftsman" section.
