I'm sorry to hear your wife will now be dealing with unexpected additional issues, Dick.
Thank heavens we live when we do and the technology exists to find these issues so she can get the repairs.
Thanks for your post - we should all make the women in our lives aware of what can happen.

Oh my. Makes be thankful once again that we have access to doctors and hospitals and know-how that wasn't available not that many years ago.
Not just women. My 37-year-old son also has osteoporosis, a side effect of his ongoing treatment Crohn's. He's not allowed to lift over 30 lbs for risk of damage to his spine.
