OT - little tool ID?

I somewhere along the line inherited this little mystery hand tool, about 6-inches long. No idea what it it's supposed to be used for, but guessing it might be for grout removal? Has a pretty sharp hardened point. Anybody have a clue?

Well, if that isn't a grout removal tool, it will have do until the real thing comes along. (apologies to Sammy Cahn and Saul Chaplin)

I looks like a cement board scoring tool. You score your line and then snap the board.
