Dressers

I have been working for the past year designing and constructing two bedroom dressers to match the headboard I built about 15 years ago. This is certainly the most difficult project I have ever attempted.
The dressers are red oak (a miserable wood to work with!). They measure 42" x 20 x 35. The drawer arrangements for the second and third rows of drawers are reversed between the two dressers so they are mirror images.
Here is the headboard:
And here is where I am right now:

This morning I sawed the last of the wedged tenons flush with the last side and applied shellac. I am undercoating with shellac just to deal with humidity changes that vary greatly this time of year. The finish coat will be sprayed on lacquer. I just purchased a portable spray booth from Rockler so I can spray outdoors without too much danger of insects/dust/pollen landing in the lacquer.
So now it's on to fitting the backs and beginning on the 14 drawers.
