The route to smooth sliding drawers

My drawers work more smoothly than Accuride slides. Beyond a good fit the way to achieve this near frictionless feel is shellac and wax.
The drawers and cabinet inside are coated with shellac, sanded, shellaced again, then waxed. I make the wax by dissolving Carnauba wax in xylene.
