Quality desk chair?

to go with the desk described below I would like to buy a desk chair. It will be for a female, so not one of the humongous affairs. I don' know anything about buying a desk chair. What to get and where to get it?

My favorite has a mesh seat and back. It molds to my butt and back and never lets you get sweaty.

The real aeron chair...

...is the best I've ever sat in. They seem to be the same price as they were when I first sat in one (1999) at my first office job.
Actually, they might be more now.
Never tried imitations of them and sit in a plastic chair at home when working from home that's rigid and overall more comfortable than a lot of cheesy bad office chairs.

I love my Herman Miller Aeron chair! I've had it for several years. It has been durable and comfortable. It comes with a 12 year guarantee. When I come in from working on the "estate" and my sciatica is screaming at me, sitting in it immediately relieves my pain. Mine has the optional adjustable lower back support. I added a third party headrest, so I don't get whiplash when I fall asleep. I bought it at a Healthy Back Store in Fairfax, VA.

I got a Herman Miller Aeron chair with back support at a freight Auction and added the after market head rest. Best purchase ever. Really, Ever.
You should be sitting down when you look up the prices.
You might also want to look at a Gaming Chair for her.

The Aeron chairs are expensive, but I don't think you can buy a better desk chair. They are incredibly comfortable for sitting ling hours and they last forever.
