This one is not the right size, but the tooth geometry, etc., are correct. You can use it's specs when searching for one that will fit your saw.

Perhaps you could inquire of a sawblade manufacturer. When I was cutting 1" aluminum pipe on my now antique 8" miter saw I had very good results with a triple chip geometry I think.

When I was cutting aluminum extrusions for a living I made hundreds of cuts with a Vermont American blade (negative 5 degree hook, thick plate ).

Did not lose a single tooth. Lubed with tallow before EVERY cut.

Do be careful, aluminum tends to grab the blade with amazing force.

Also the shape of the extrusion affects the grab, U-shaped or extrusions that are open on one side are especially dangerous. Safest way is to start the cut through the closed

or solid side.

Safety glasses are not enough, wear a full face shield.
