So I need to find a way to "dispose" of some gas/oil mix. I want to switch to a better grade of gasoline.
So could I slowly use it in a vehicle?

Hmmm...my reply poofed???
The next time you need to fill up your daily driver go to the gas station at about ¼ tank. Dump in the leftover mix gas then fill with gas. The dilution of oil to gas will be laughably small.
Arborists have been doing this for years with no problems.

Went to add the old fuel to my wife's Ford Fusion. And I could not get the funnel to go in. The little flapper door would not open!

you will need to use the little funnel that came with the car. Might be near the jack. At least that is where they are at in the trucks.

Now that you mention it I have one of those funnels in my F150. I will take a look in the trunk.

If you live in an area with a lot of dust etc. Every once in a while you will get a check engine light. If they read it as a fuel cap issue you can use the funnel to push it open and close a few time and it seems to clear the code.
