THE IDES OF MAY
Ellis Walentine
Hi folks,
The ides has come and gone, but our need to send our bi-monthly column off to Woodworker West magazine is looming larger. I thought we'd do something completely different this time: I'd like to showcase the amazing diversity and quality of work and workmanship that our members and visitors are producing. So, instead of a verbal survey, let's have a visual one. Post one or two photos of your recent accomplishments along with a brief note telling what we're looking at. You might want to say what motivated your project or provide pertinent additional information or process photos that might interest other woodworkers. If you want to hold forth at greater length for the edification of readers, please do. You could also say if or how you were influenced or informed by discussions you've read or participated in here.
Once I've figured out which images to include, I may be contacting you for higher-resolution versions for print publication.
Let the show begin....and thanks for being part of this exercise.
