No.

It would be a waste of time when new HSS bits are $66 for 3 at Rockler.

It cost $7 at Misenheimer last ones I had sharpened. They were dropped off with some saws and jointer blades.

Have a very sophisticated spiral shape. I am not about to try to sharpen them myself. They retail for over $80. (I did not pay that, got them at a "new old stock" freight sale, wish I had found more) OTOH, I have touched up many straight ones.

I only router guitar bits and template stuff related to them, so I gave up using spiral bits a while ago.

The polish that they have on them, though, I'd love to see the machine that resharpens them. I'll resharpen anything i can get my hands on, but not a spiral bit. I'd bet it could be done well enough to work (but not neatly like a new bit) for roughing just running a fine dremel diamond burr over the top side of the spiral.

Reminds me that I think I have a couple of forrest city carbide upcut spirals to dump. They're worth more to someone else than they are to me.

Forrest Manufacturing, the folks who make & sharpen the saw blades, have sharpened a spiral cutter from a Porter Cable 126 for me.

I did decades ago, couldn't find anyone that could do them as well as the original, so I got a tool and cutter grinder and did them myself.
