Pyrography Tools

My wife wants to try her hand at pyrography, the local dealer sells Razertip, Colwood and Burnmaster. I am ruling out Burnmaster right away, my wife has a small hand and the handpiece on the Burnmaster looks quite large. She is a very detailed oriented person as her carving and fine art painting attests. what are peoples' experiences with Colwood and Razertip?

John, I make smoke on turned objects. Learner level stuff.
Have Burnmaster base and a mix of handles/tips. Most all the better brands can have handpieces or tips that interchange or use adapters. There are different styles of smoke work in the turning world. Molly Winton and Cynthia Gibson (sp?) have anchor roles for different styles and smoke making gear. There are others who do notable work especially bird carvers.
You cannot go too far wrong with the brands you listed, but some may be better suited to a particular use.
