My Home Depot and on line has several kinds of C A glue but no accelerator. Is it no longer needed?

Accelerator is a catalyst that gets the polymerization going quickly. Moisture and a lot of stuff will get it going otherwise, just more slowly.

Keep looking. I can buy it here in Edmonton in quantities from 1 oz to 1 liter bottles. Try tool stores or industrial suppliers.

Any hobby shops still alive in your city? They'll have it but Covid has to have done a horrible job on them.
