Sanding block/window squeegee.

This is a really great sanding block and it doubles as an even better window squeegee. Used dish soap and water. Lather up the window, tilt this jewel at 45 deg and wipe away the grime. 1/8 red silicone rubber attached to 1/2" plywood with double face tape. Best results I have ever had cleaning the windows.

Thanks for posting a pic. Looks like things are shaping up around here. That red silicone rubber jogged my memory. I made auxiliary jaws for one of my Emmert vises using a similar rubber on 1/4" fiberboard. Best vise jaws I ever had. I wouldn't mind getting a bit of that stuff again...

Type in "Silicone rubber" at the McMaster Carr search bar P/N 1460N24 is close and will get you to the rubber sheet page. There are various size sheets and durometers. This may be 60A.
