Bookshelf ladder?

Anyone used/installed a book shelf (library) ladder that they can recommend? Source to check out? I want quality hardware, but clearly cost is a always factor.

I'm going to guess this is not the type of ladder you are looking for, since the only hardware involved was to enable the disassembly and reassembly of the pole for shipment. I'll offer it for your consideration anyway, since the alternative idea might be inspirational.
I developed it from ideas found in a short article in one of Taunton Press's Design Books, with a few dimensions, some layout instructions and a photo or two.
