Anyone ever used Minwax Water Based Helmsman?

Minwax Water Based Helmsman Indoor/Outdoor Spar Urethane to be exact.
I was reading about it and it looks fairly good in the specs.
The thought of something "water based" that I could use outside has me intrigued.

We used it on some Adirondack Chairs. It works fine, but anything I really cared about I'd used a quality Marine Spar Varnish
