Does anybody recognize what this is ?
The funnel-shaped component fits the corresponding forms on the main body. It looks like it has a lid on the other side but it doesn't come off.

lower cup for dipping the brush, reverse funnel to slip around the brush handle and seal the brush in the cup.

I worked in the electronics industry. There was a similar item that was filled with a flux solvent for cleaning flux from soldered joints that were done manually or redone.
