The yellow stick from McMaster Carr arrived today and I was anxious to try something. Some recently sharpened kitchen knives came to mind. Ten seconds on each side and the result was impressive. A "sharp knife" became "scalpel" sharp . If I only had some ripe tomatoes to dissect. (next week)
