When we used to move, while in the service, when we took something apart, we put the hardware in a plastic baggie and then taped the baggie to the item, so they would stay together for the trip. It made life much easier on the other end when things needed to get put back together.

I did the same thing for my last three moves. I didn't do this ServPro did because my place was hit with a really big Red Oak. They had a team here to move everything out of the garage into their storage area. I will say they did a pretty good job on most things, but when it came to machinery they had no clue what to do. I am pretty sure there is a baggie someplace in one of the 100 boxes they packed and dropped back off. It is just finding the correct one. I was hoping to get this put together so I can roll it all in one piece out of the way.

is knowing what you need in each size. With some manufacturers using both metric and SAE, it'll be something of a crap-shoot figuring out the shopping list.

Unless it's a current model of saw, I'm certain Delta will not be of much help. Even a current saw will be difficult with the customer service Delta has now. By the time you figure out all the thread sizes and length, and then make about 6 trips to the store, I'm guessing you can go through every box in the same amount of time. But I know little more about the number of boxes for the search as we do the model of saw.

model 36-951 with the outfeed table and side table.50-302 outfeed and the Biesemeyer side table. The outfeed and Biesemeyer table are the hardware that is missing. I found the parts list, so I will go from there. When I got the saw it had a little hard wood gauge to set the fence with. That is the piece I can not just go source local. Glad I kept all the manuals.

Not for buying but for getting a list of the sizes you need. Most of the schematics I've seen there have sizes listed.

I wonder if your mover would step up and take responsibility for jettisoning the screws into the unknown universe. It seems like bagging and taping the parts to the tool frame would be company SOP.

breath for them to take responsibility for this or the oil breather they broke in front of me on my air compressor. The owner is ok but his help is typical of today's standards. I think that is a nice way of saying it.

Mike, I put a Beismeyer fence on my saw. I think I still have the little hardwood gauge. I would lone it to you if you need it or make a copy and give it to you. Or I could trace it. Or take careful measurements. Let me know.

Mike, I just went and found it confirming that pack rattery pays off once again.

I will trace it and send you the scan, but I am not sure the critical dimensions will survive the process. I don't know if something scanned on this end prints out precisely on your end. to combat this I will make some measurements and send them along with the scan.

The only really critical one is the distance the front rail hangs below the table.

It may be several hours before this happens, look for it later today.
