Gluing will be interesting. Now if I can figure out how I got it together to reverse and get it apart.

I would have to use either hide glue or epoxy to get that together. Probably the slow setting epoxy unless it can be broken down into sub assemblies.

Nice Desk.
I would assemble each leg section individually, making sure that they are glued up square. Once that glue sets, connect the leg assemblies together one at a time on a flat surface.

I was hoping to show with a PIC but that can't happen for a bit. The answer is domino M&T, one tight to locate position and one loose for each end to enable quick assembly, with the slats meticulously fitted to not have gaps at the ends. Tedious.
