Anyone use one? Like it? Will it fell a tree of any real size? I'm leery of a 16" bar, but don't know enough to be confident.

Haven't used that saw but I use a 16" bar on two of my Stihl saws and it will handle anything I want to tackle. You can cut through twice the bar length.
