In my experience "clients" like your are able to decide much quicker when faced with a $1000/hr "consultation" fee.

My "clients" are things like grandchildren, their parents or sons-in-law, or worst of all me. Instead of them being faced with $100 shop time consulting fees I am faced with hours of exasperating indecision.
