Jerry.....I don't know specifically; but, I have two recommendations:

1.) Carter Products Company, Inc. Toll free at 1-888-622-7837. This is the company that makes all the Carter stuff for band saws. If they don't do what you want, they should know who does.

2) Stiles Machinery on 44th near the airport. Evidently, you'll have to contact them via the internet. A search of their site revealed no phone number. They are into large industrial size tooling/ww machines.....But, again, they should know who can do what you need done.

Round is easy: Remove tires. Mount a dial indicator on the frame, and with the machine un-plugged and bladeless, rotate the wheels and read the dial. (beware the tire surface of the wheel may have drill out portions that could crater your indicator if the probe falls in. I don't know what is acceptable, a few thou should be OK. If you don't have a dial indicator. Just mount a paint stick or something similar, and shim it a few thou off the surface, remove shims, watch the gap as you rotate. You can repeat to see if the wheels are true in wobble also.

For balance, you need to remove the drive (probably just a belt) from the lower wheel so either wheel spins freely. spin, and when it stops you can mark 12 with a Sharpie, not with something that has weight. If when you further spin it, the 12 returns every time, you have extra weight at the 6. Examine for crud. Look around the shop for stuff you can attach to the wheel, like clothes pegs, spring clams. A lot of stuff can temporarily be attached to the inside of the wheels, over the web between the spokes, to get them balanced. Once you get the wheels balanced, replace the junk with something dense. I used lead tape straddling the web of the wheels. On my taiwan saw, it was obvious that the wheels had been balanced by drilling out the wheels under the tires. But lead brought the wheels into balance perfectly, it hardly took any at all. The new Poly tires are pretty clean, and don't really need to be balanced from what I can see. They are a tight fit, but probably distribute themselves when run.
