>more information. Is this a project you selected because it is a chair you want to make? If so, what kind of chair is it? Is it a straight back chair, a rocker, a yard chair???? What kind of wood will you use or have available. Will it be simple or complex. Round legs, square legs, with arms or without arms? Lots of help here but we have to know what you need help with. Even on a woodworking site it is important to follow the rules of writing as best you can. Always put your best foot forward in whatever you do because there are those who will not give you the time of day if you don't. Best of luck with your project.

Over fifty years ago I asked a question about woodworking. Thank goodness he didn't answer my by asking questions, or correcting my grammer. He just laid his old wrinkled hand on my shoulder and said,'tell me what you know and together we will fill in the blanks.'

>First thing first find a set of plans or draw some up. then do a bill of materials select the materials and build. but like others have said give us info and we will help. with all of the above. My shop teacher was a real stickeler on the three above requirements. I think yours should be also.
