I need some info on dc power.I have a fan that is rated at 12 volt dc,I would like to run it at around 8-10 volt dc.
What would be the problem?

>I work in automotive HVAC and deal with 12VDC blower motors everyday. Hoa is right the motor will work but will just run at slower speed.
