The replacement carpet had to be the tiles, because, if the cats didn't stop their problems, I didn't want to have to redo the entire system again, only a tile or three.
The rug looks sort of ok now. I've replaced one tile due to cats. But the grandkids have found they can pull up the tiles, and often do, when they're here.
Were it not for the cats, I would not have done this. It didn't save any money over regular rugs, professionally installed, and it doesn't look as good as many alternatives.
