I have been enjoying some of the YouTube video's. I am having a probem though, after about 2 minutes on selected items that are longer than that the video freezes and stops. I am not sure if there is a setting I do not have properly adjusted...what am I doing that is casuing it to stop??

>There are no "settings" that I'm aware of, at least nt settings a user would need to fiddle with. Google's YouTube.com uses MacroMedia Flash for their videos to make things fairly automatic (an uncopyable).
Here are some thigns to look at, in no particular order.
Do you ahve JAVA turned off.... no, nevermind you can start watching but it hangs after 2 minutes... don't think that's a JAVA issue.
Are you using IE7 and did you notice that this problem started after upgrading from IE6 sometime in the last two months? IF so you can easier uninstall Windows Internet Explorer 7 and see, then reload IE7 later if necessary.
Did you upgrade any Adobe products? You may have without realizing. You could try going to www.flash.com and reloading the Flash player.
Could it be related to your ISP? Are you able to try using your notebook computer at home and see if it happens to both your notebook and your desktop at the same location?
I think it's too early for me to think straight.... I'm not coming up with much in the way of good answers for this. I'll checkin later and see what other's have posted.

I find that when both of my computers(on a wireless router) are on line, that it does the same for me too. If I log off the desktop the LT works fine...or visa versa.

If on dial up thats likely the cause. I recently went to DSL and have no problems with You Tube, where before I did have freeze ups as you mention.

>My initial thought was that your internet connection can't keep up with the video feed. Most streaming video on the web downloads an initial amount of video/audio and then starts playing, with the assumption that the remaining data will be downloaded by the time you get to that part of the video.
If you have a slow(er) connection, you might try hitting "pause" when the video starts playing and give it a chance to download some additional data before letting the player continue.
