Although Rex Grossman didn't help out our cause much, I'll go on record as saying that the Bears defensive linemen underperformed today. I can only think of two plays all game that the defensive line got anywhere near Manning, which is even more amazing considering how long the Colts hung on to the ball. Plenty of opportunities to either get a sack or at least force Manning into a hurry. His uniform was way too clean at the end of the game. For a defense that sets a goal of three sacks each game, that's not nearly enough pressure on the QB.

I grew up with Chicago teams in the 70's, so I'm used to saying, "Wait till next year."

>Missed the last ten minutes but it seemed like Grossman wasn't the one who lost the game it was the defense not being able to stop the colts. Yea he made mistakes but most of those happened when he was put in a position to force things to happen.
