OT: Yahoo Email

>Hi to everyone!

The past week and a half, I have been getting error messages (mostly Temperr6 - Error Code 6) when opening some (not all) emails. I have repeatedly reported it to Yahoo and their engineers have been "jumping on it" but to no avail as yet.

Should I be patient for a while longer?

Are Gmail users happy with that product and do you still need an invitation to download it? If I were to switch to Gmail, is there a way to forward email from my Yahoo address to my Gmail address or to notify people that email me at my Yahoo address?

TIA to all for sharing your collective wisdom.

Haven't used it a lot, it's a back up addresses for me

Yes you need an invitation.

Yes you can transfer addresses for Yahoo.

If you want to try it I'll send you the invite.

>Carol & Kevin,

Thanks to both of you for your input. I am in testing mode with Gmail and like the additional features it offers; memory, spam control, searching, filters, etc.
