They are awesome.I bought a pair of the 30mm ones and made a couple featherboards from som 1x6 poplar and just love the way they work.I routed the holes with a plunge router and files the corners so the mag jigs wouldn't spin in the holes and have yet to see the need to screw them onto the featherboards,figuring for quick moving to another jig.
