I'd like you to meet -----

>This may seem a little fast, and to some even cold, but after our loss of our Rat Terrior (Lady Bug) last Thurs., we happened into the chance Saturday to fill a gapping hole in our lives. We'll never forget Bug, and in a way, to my wife and I, it's a way to celebrate her life.

I'd like to introduce Bella, our newest 7 week old bench dog. Resistered as "Isabella Caddo Bug's Bandit", she's a complete ball of untiring energy!

Though it will be some time before introducing her to the shop, She will be a welcome "tool" there!

>and will certainly keep you busy! Better get everything way up off the floor! And I think you are smart to get this puppy right now.

Congratulations, Ron!

>Only YOU know when the time is right to bring another member into the pack. We all respect your decision, I'm sure.

Have you read Cesar Millan's book? HL gave it to me for Christmas. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. Although I've been a pack leader for more than 60 years, I learned new things and had old ideas corroborated.

Bella's a cutie. Keep us updated with pics as she grows.

>She's a real cutie Ron. I thought about asking you to take a picture of her with a WC hat on but figured she might get lost in it!

Congrats.

>Sweet dog get us a better picture of that face. what is the breed? how big will she get. It's probably time to get another dog but I think we will take one vacation with just one dog first.

>Ernie,

Bella is a 7 week old Rat Terrior, that when fully grown will weigh about 25-30 lbs. She's really proving her inteligence- three days and we have her paper trained already! The two cats we have still are not too sure about her, but that will come with time. Sorry for the poor photo. I've been having some problems with my digital camera, but gradually through experimentation I'm working through them. Printed photos are better than they were, and now have to learn how to take better ones to upload. I adjusted the brightness and contrast to give you a better view of her face. She looks a little sad, but believe me she's far from it!! BTW, this was, so far, the only photo she has allowed me to take. Just won't stay in one spot long enough for any more!
