>Your question is too general. We need more info to give you any sort of answer that will be useful. Any wood can be bent and there are a number of techniques. Heat, steaming, laminating and maybe more. There are probably charts that tell you the percentage of success with each technique and species. Forest Products Laboratory and others publish such charts.
