four differences:
1. Meguiars' stuff is made for cars.
2. Grit. Again, the eBay item is made for car finishes and are very fine grit.
3. Price.
4. Flexible, not rigid and flat as one would usually use on wood finishes.

>Those are on foam blocks. Might have some utility on wood - like fine sanding wood pens on a lathe, but they are generally too fine.
