I'm thinking your saw cabinet is the same size as mine but I want to be sure. Your bottom opening will be different though, because the model I have came with a different stand. We can do this two ways, I can draw you up a blue print for free that you can take to your local sheet metal guys, or I can make you one once we agree on a price.
>I don�t want to knock Chuck out of a job, but if you want to take a shot at making it yourself, you might try a plywood �hopper� or rectangular funnel and terminate it at the bottom in an �end Boot�. The Boot is a sheet metal piece they use on supply ducts to transition from the duct to the register in the floor. Most boots are set up so the opening is perpendicular to the duct, but an End Boot has the long dimension of the opening parallel to the duct. In my case I used a 4� (duct) boot that transitioned to a 2 �� by 10� opening. So, if you could build a hopper that had a 2 X 10 slot in the bottom you could attach the end boot tot that and have what Chuck posted. Actually, it would not be as pretty, but it would work. That really is a good looking piece of sheet metal work. End Boots locally sell for $3 or 4 each and a sheet metal/duct distributor.
Also, Wood Craft and anyone selling DC parts sell a sort of flat version of this. Basically a tray with a hole dropping out of the bottom center. I think it was about $15.
Also, you might want to increase the duct size to the largest your machine will support to get eh air flow that will suck stray particles in instead of letting them escape out the back of the cabinet.
