>As I recall, Reliant was a house brand for Trendlines, a woodworking tool suppler who went belly up ≈five years ago. They had a brick & mortar line of stores under the name Woodworkers Warehouse, who also went belly up a little later. I doubt you'll be able to find much information about any of their stuff.

The good news (and just a wild guess on my part) is that the head in your picture looks much like an old Delta JetLock fence, which was cloned by a number of Pacific rim manufacterors as they developed their various lines of Delta Unisaw clones. I would be surprised if the parts weren't interchangeable, at least so far as the rail is concerned.

I guess the best bet would be find someone local with a JetLock (not to be confused with Jet) and see if it fits. If you haven't already purchased it (wasn't clear from your post) you may be better off with something else. I've seen JetLocks on ebay quite often.

It's an excellent fence system. You can get parts from Vega.
