OT--New e-mail address

I've just spent an exasperating hour trying to figure out:
1) How to notify everyone in my address book of my new e-mail address without having to go through one-by-one and list them on the outgoing message. I have hundreds of e-mail addresses. I know I can put them all in a new group, but I haven't found the way to automate that procedure either. I seem to remember reading about a shareware utility that will do this, but I haven't found it yet.
2) How to block the recipient's addresses in the e-mail that I finally send out so that the "To" line is not hundreds of addresses long. Besides, I think it's impolite to send other people's addresses around indiscriminantly.
I'm using Outlook Express and would appreciate any help. If I have to bite the bullet and do it manually, I will, but it sure won't happen today.
By the way, if you have me in your address book, now's the time to change the entry.
