via email. We were trying to get together during his stay in New England. Due to his cell phone not functioning locally or being able to get his messages, and of course, the disaster of last week, it never happened. He had a great course at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship, and finally got a flight as far as Pittsburg yesterday. Depending on available flights and his tolerance for the hassles etc, they might rent a car and drive to California. He'll check in with us as soon as he gets the chance.
