Bessey slippage

I have some Bessey F- clamps GSCC2.506 that have started to slip when tightened. The clutches slip out of the grooves. Any fix? These are barely used.

The usual fix is to take the pin out of the end of the bar, disassemble, turn the clutches over and reassemble. However, if they have been barely used, I would be suspicious that the clutches were not properly hardened. If so, after the repair, they will probably start slipping again, soon. In that case, contact Bessey for replacement parts.
I assume you have already cleaned any dust, glue or other contaminants out of the clutch mechanism?

No glue or other contamination. Pins appear to have their ends "mushroomed". Will a punch drive them out? Are parts available?

a dremmel with a small grinding burr will remove the mushroom/head and they should punch out easily.

You should be able to replace them with a short piece of brass rod (or even mild steel or a pop rivet). Easy to mushroom with a small hammer.
Thanks, guys, for the suggestions.

Figured I could grind it down/drive it out, but was wondering about reassembly.
