I've been woodworking for the past 19 years or so as a hobbyist. Which means I make my living as a Network Administrator, and I enjoy my time away from computers cutting wood into smaller pieces. I've enjoyed classes taken with Garrett Hack, Marc Adams, Bill Hull, Mike Dunbar, and Frank Klausz. I build whatever I feel like at the moment, and mostly for my wife and I. Once in a while I'll do something for a friend. Lately, I've been working on shop furniture, cabinets, shelving, etc. I have a great wife that supports my passion by giving me the best tools for special occasions, she's given me a total of 7 L-N planes over the years.... I'm a lucky guy.
