Dude sure uses a lot of AI illustrations to complain about AI. His presentation is SO polished, I suspect he is an AI animation himself. Does he have a name or verifiable existence?

You're right to be skeptical. I am, too. The info in it is accurate (see sources) but presented in a way to get views. Whether that is done to build a monetized brand around a popular topic or by China to instill fear to make us try to shut it down so they can lead ... IDK.
I can say this. Much of what we see as "reporting" is coming from China to shape public opinion, and they are getting very good at it. Any by they, I mean the CPC, not the Chinese people in general. It's important to remember that when it comes to disinformation.
