Almost every page on WC now allows for comments, and I encourage leaving links to related pages -- even from other websites. This was the original design of The Web and what differentiated it from The Internet. Before search engines, users linked pages like a spider web, creating a human curated trail for future readers. That's the best way to do it IMO, as opposed to algorithms deciding what they think you should see.
