>I just found out that there is still space in the Bob Rosand workshop at the Craft Center. Bob makes Christmas ornaments and other small items that are great sellers and make great gifts. He's a fun guy and talented turner. He has written many articles for American Woodturner and usually has a really interesting project going. If you interested at all give them a call.

If you do go plan to stop buy and see me. I will try to get buy to visit the class.

>I forgot to tell you the date. It is July 11-15th. Below is a sample the ornaments I make. Bob Rosand gave a demo at our club on how to make these and I have been slowly evolving my own style ever since.

I bet he knocks out these ornaments in less than 30 minutes. BTW, His shop is cleaner than Mike Schwings!

That's the advantage of making ornaments. I can turn 50 and not make as big a mess as I just did with one 16" Oak bowl. I like my shop clean but sometimes when I have both lathes running and I'm hoping back and forth between the two it gets pretty covered with shavings.
