I�m not very good at explaining things. It would have taken some reading of the two web sites to figure it out.
The power supply for the wood burner is a surplus computer power supply. The design to convert it for wood burning was done by Pascal Oudet at http://www.freehomepages.com/aurepascal//tournage/pyrograveur_eng.htm .
