UPC code revisited

>A manager from Abe's of Maine telephoned me today, quite upset about the response, or lack thereof, that their customer service had given me regarding the lost UPC code. Since they're unable to provide a UPC code for my use in obtaining the $50 rebate from Fuji they're going to credit my bill the same amount. That's what I call excellent customer service and just wanted to pass it along since I posted about the original problem the other day and mentioned the company's name.
