>Roger: Welcome to north Detroit. Yep there is a woodcraft store at 16 1/2 and Van Dyke that is pretty good. Also if you want to travel a bit there is a Rockler on Woodward near 13 mile and just a bit north on woodward there. Used to be quite a few around this neck of the woods but they have gone belly/up in the last four yrs. Hope this info is of some use to you. Have a nice visit. Mike822

Bob Way, Canton, MI

>If you're shopping there are also a couple of machinery stores: Glenn Wing and Performance Tool. Also, there are two of the three metro area AAW chapters out in that area, and it might be possible to hook up with a few of their members. If all else fails, there's the Zoo (Royal Oak), Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village (Dearborn). Enjoy your visit.
